WORD WORK
Each week students will receive a list of words that will focus on a particular area of word study. During the week at school students will study their words by learning patterns through word sorts, exploration, activities, and games. At the end of each week, students will be tested on the patterns they practiced throughout the week. If students need additional support at home, they are encouraged to ask for additional word list to take home and choose an activity from the list below to strengthen their understanding of the pattern they are working on.
